Purpose |
JVM
software is dedicated
to the design and programming of database driven Internet sites and workstation
applications which will enhance marketing, sales, and client
relationships. Special attention is offered to small and medium
sized businesses that have had limited experience with the value added benefits
of computer applications within the office and on the Internet. All
work is customized to meet the specific need of the client and no job is
complete until the client is satisfied.
Overhead is tightly controlled, enabling us to offer very affordable cost to
our clients.

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is J. Vernon Magnuson. After high school in
Princeton, Illinois, I earned a BS in mathematics and physics and a MS in biochemistry at the University of Illinois. I became a physician and practiced in northern Illinois and in the
Greater Atlanta, Georgia area. I also taught at the Northwestern University and Emory University Schools of Medicine.
After retiring early from medical practice, I designed and programmed
for two Atlanta companies, designing and programming business applications and Internet sites. In 2005, I founded
JVM software.

There are two types of organizations in the Internet site world and
JVM software specializes in both situations.

Have existing web sites
If a client has an existing website, we study the client’s needs as though it were a new site, but with particular emphasis on what works well—and what does not work well. We will then determine how to improve web site performance and introduce concepts to enhance performance for our client. Out of date software, lack of innovation, and failure to keep site information timely often lead to underperforming hits and leads.
Have no web site
Many reasons cause clients to have no web site. But in today’s world, for many market segments, a good web site is the difference between new customers and no new customers. Web sites are not necessarily costly, but for most clients, a web site is critical to success. We offer a “start-from-scratch” solution for clients with no web site.
