My name is J. Vernon Magnuson. I was born in Paxton, Illinois and raised in Princeton, Illinois. After high school in Princeton, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in mathematics and physics and a Master of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Illinois. I was
graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and was awarded post graduate fellowships by Yale University,
Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital, and the University of Chicago. Upon completion of my medical training, I practiced in Glencoe, Illinois;
Dixon, Illinois; and Atlanta, Georgia. I was a member of the faculty at the Northwestern University and
Emory University School of Medicine concurrently.
After retiring from medical practice, I designed and programmed for two Atlanta
companies, designing and programming business applications and Internet sites.
In 2005, I founded JVM software.
Graphic and video consultation is provided by my son Arvid. Technical consultation is available from a number of system technicians
and database administrators as needed.
